We can help you connect with real estate agents, talk about sites that could fit your needs and then help package incentives that will make your development that much easier.

SIEDC has been able to help resolve over 100 government agency business issues by acting as a liaison and connecting firms with the right people in the right agencies.

The NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) offers two training programs to assist employers expand their businesses. The On the Job training program offers eligible businesses training and onboarding for eligible new employees with a grant covering up to 70% of wages for up to their first 280 hours. Customized Training provides up to $400,000 to help businesses invest in their employees. Employers can choose the training and the programs covers up to 70% of the cost.

SIEDC has helped firms apply for and receive over 60 city and state incentives over the last two years. These incentives included tax abatements, energy cost savings programs and job credits. Training, inventory management training, on the job training.
